The Challenge
In the months leading up to our partnership, Genuine was flourishing with new business wins leading to the need to hire top talent for a variety of key roles across the agency.
However, a dedicated Talent Acquisition team wasn’t in place and Genuine had limited prior success working with third-party recruiting firms

We maintained an average time-to-fill of 45 days across a variety of roles, earned a Hiring Manager satisfaction rate of 90%, and delivered 19 highly-qualified hires over the span of 18 months at a cost savings of more than 28% compared to traditional contingent recruiting fees.
